Welcome to a Food & Fitness Site with a Difference!

Hi, I'm Phil and welcome to my website......and maybe something a little different!

I'm a husband, dad to two boys and adoptive dog owner to boot. 

So how is this site different?........ well I don't "work" in the health & Fitness industry like most do. This is a passion for me, something I originally created for my own benefit. I have no sponsors and you'll never see ads on here. Products reviewed are my own thoughts about products I've bought myself. Everything is independent with a desire to get the info right.

In the past I have run a traditional fitness business and I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist (amongst other things!) for nearly two decades.....I also know how its feels to be obese and what it takes to make changes.

That's right, having been obese for over a decade, I know how it feels to be overweight, tired, fed up and sick of diet programmes that just don't work in the long term.....it why I invented The Lazy Chef and the Body Blueprint programme.

 

This place is all about everyday lifestyle.....I'm here to help you navigate the weird and wonderful world of health, fitness and weight loss!
