How about a Festive recipe which doesn't leave you bloated and wanting to lounge on the sofa?!
It's difficult to find time to look after yourself during the Christmas period but there are things we can do with the short amount of time we do have, and hopefully this will help.
Here's what you need...
150ml fresh orange juice
70g frozen banana
50g ripe pear, peeled and cored
½ tsp mixed spice
40g frozen cranberries
1 tsp honey
Stick them in a blender and whizz away then consume immediately.
